Congratulations to Gig East member and RAP alum Shyft Auto! The company recently purchased a property just outside of the Historic Downtown Wilson district with the intent to turn it into their new headquarters. The tech startup helps auto repair shops use data and software to increase productivity and improve customer experience. Since participating in RAP and taking up residency in the Exchange, Shyft has seen significant growth and was named one of the “Top 10 Startups to Watch” by N.C. Tech Awards Association.

CEO Marcus Aman and his team purchased what was formerly known as the Jarman House restaurant on Green Street in Wilson. We are looking forward to seeing Shyft’s continued growth based right here in Wilson and can’t wait to see the end product of their renovations.
